摘要: Background. Recurrent bacterial infections play a key role in the pathogenesis of bronchiectasis, but conventional microbiologic methods may fail to identify pathogens many cases. We characterized and compared pulmonary communities cystic fibrosis (CF) non-CF bronchiectasis patients using culture-independent molecular approach. Methods. Bacterial 16S rRNA gene libraries were constructed from lung tissue 10 21 CF patients, followed by DNA sequencing isolates each library. Community characteristics analyzed between two groups. Results. A wide range diversity was detected both groups, with 1 taxa found patient. Pseudomonas most common genus comprising 49% sequences dominating numerically 13 patients. Although appeared be dominant more often than analysis entire did not significant differences these Conclusions. Our data indicate community suggest that this is similar surgically resected lungs
