摘要: Abstract The United Nations OEWG (Open Ended Working Group) focused on cybersecurity provides the context for an examination of idea entrepreneurship regarding role nonstate actors and concepts human rights, gender sustainable development against backdrop a global pandemic increasing challenges. Crafting cross-disciplinary conceptual framework based upon review relevant literatures, this study uses archival content analysis to highlight those organizations serving as entrepreneurs contesting such ideas. Findings include presence key divides among entrepreneur (including nation-state themselves) well linkages ‘galaxy’ or interconnection ideas forged with potential bridge divides. Additionally, mention emerges factor catalyzing focus critical infrastructures.
