摘要: The invention discloses an N-3-pyridine acyl-dehydroabietylamine derivative as well a preparation method and application thereof. comprises the following steps: 1) taking HOBT 3-pyridine carboxylic acid or 6-methyl-3-pyridine acid, dissolving with ethyl acetate, stirring for 0.5 h at temperature of 0 DEG C; adding DCC 2.5 h's reaction 2) dehydroabietylamine, dehydroabietylamine in then dropwise to system first step 8 room temperature; carrying out ice-bath half hour, so that DCU is sufficiently separated out; 3) filtering removing DCU, diluting filter liquor, washing two three times 5% NaHCO3 10% citric respectively, finally saturated salt solution; drying acetate layer anhydrous sodium sulfate 2 h; filtering, evaporating liquor remove obtain yellow solid product. disclosed by simple method, high product purity yield; biological activity tests prove has extremely antitoxic towards tumor cells, low toxicity normal wide anti-tumor drugs.
