摘要: Effects of the hormones indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), gibberellic (GA 3 ), and trans -zeatin ( t -Z) on growth, P status rhizosphere processes maize (Zea mays L., cv. 'Bezemara') were investigated in a pot experiment at two levels phosphorus availability (+P: water soluble phosphate -P: sparingly tricalcium phosphate). Six weeks after seed germination, plants harvested analysed for dry weight, shoot length, root surface, concentration, phosphatases activity (acid Pase) content carboxylic acids sugars rhizosphere. ANOVA was used to estimate effects treatments measured parameters. Hormone application via had highly significant effect growth whole plants, their processes. GA -Z promoted quantitatively morphological changes, whereas IAA affected chemical composition In several parameters, hormone treatment depended indicating different sensitivity +P -P plant regulator (PGR) (significant interaction × availability). The findings help improve our knowledge, why PGR promoting rhizo-microorganisms have varying depending conditions.
