摘要: Thirty-five parkinsonian patients (five untreated, six with levodopa only, seven plus Ro 4–4602, nine anticholinergic and/or antihistaminic medication, and eight the anticholinergic/antihistaminic medication amantadine) 35 age-matched control subjects were studied. Platelets isolated from each individual plasma incubated 14 C-dopamine. Uptake was found to be decreased a significant degree in all treated or untreated when compared subjects. Anticholinergic without amantadine, further dopamine uptake into platelets, while alone 4–4602 returned values near normal. Dopamine efflux paralleled exactly values. The fact that platelets exhibit impaired uptake, do not, constitutes first direct evidence favor of generalized defect Parkinson9s disease.
