摘要: The first observation of optical properties new rare-earth-doped vitreous fluoride waveguides has been recently reported. These films have deposited by a physical vapour deposition technique on substrates. Several PZG and sandwiches various substrates prepared with thickness few μm doped in the guiding layer amounts erbium other rare-earth ions. High δn/n (10−2) achieved as result glass compositions. Infrared well green blue upconversion pumped fluorescences recorded under side light injection.
