摘要: In this study, we have compared time series of pollen concentration originating from two Hirst-type volumetric samplers that were equipped with different sampling heads. To collect airborne pollen, used classic sampler mobile head including wind vane and adapted fixed having two-layered inlet, like in Sigma-2 passive sampler. The devices placed at the roof level, on top building Faculty Sciences located Novi Sad, Serbia. was performed February until October 2019. Along data, meteorological conditions recorded an automated weather station measuring solar radiation, air temperature, relative humidity, speed precipitation. Time daily concentrations expressed high correlations, although there large differences hourly basis. Absolute difference between values showed very weak correlation relevant parameters: precipitation, turbulent kinetic energy, leading to conclusion both heads not affected by conditions. Counting grains whole sample just 10% area, which is minimum requirement, done for six days season proved error introduced subsampling during analysis main reason series. conclude, replacing inlet does notably affect quantity method.
