摘要: Summary: This article introduces a new forward population genetic simulation program that can efficiently generate samples from populations with complex demographic histories under various models of natural selection. The (SFS_CODE) is highly flexible, allowing the user to simulate realistic genomic regions several loci evolving according variety mutation (from simple context-dependent), and allows for insertions deletions. Each locus be annotated as either coding or non-coding, sex-linked autosomal, selected neutral, have an arbitrary linkage structure completely linked independent). Availability: source code (written in C programming language) available at http://sfscode.sourceforge.net, web server (http://cbsuapps.tc.cornell.edu/sfscode.aspx) perform simulations using high-performance computing cluster hosted by Cornell University Computational Biology Service Unit.
