REDD+ safeguards in national policy discourse and pilot projects

摘要: Early adoption of national- and project-level social environmental standards suggests that REDD+ policy makers, project personnel investors value safeguards. To gain national-level buy-in for safeguards, national sovereignty must be recognised competing safeguard policies should harmonised.
