摘要: Readings with the Goldmann applanation tonometer were made at various intraocular hydrostatic pressures and compared central corneal thickness radius in rabbit man. Linear correlations established between pressure readings, correlation coefficients close to 1.0. In rabbits readings generally too low. human eyes a normal coincided, thick corneas high, thin The error of tonometry (ΔP) was statistically highly significant (P < 0.001). No statistical could be ΔP. Multiple regression, taking as well into consideration, revealed only slightly higher coefficients.
