摘要: Various microfluidic devices have overcome many disadvantages common to conventional bioreactor systems by enabling active manipulation of cell-culture conditions, monitoring cellular responses in high-throughput mode, and extraction target cells a relatively rapid low-cost manner. However, existing still limitations, including the complexity their operation lack availability dynamic control chemical environment. Here, we present novel array device capable not only stable programing environments but also selective cells. This comprises 64 microchambers 16 × 4 format, each microchamber is integrated with robust nanoporous membrane on one side an H-shaped entrance other.
