Effects of Triple Antiplatelet Therapy (Aspirin, Clopidogrel, and Cilostazol) on Platelet Aggregation and P-Selectin Expression in Patients Undergoing Coronary Artery Stent Implantation

摘要: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect addition cilostazol aspirin plus clopidogrel on platelet aggregation after intracoronary stent implantation. Twenty patients who underwent coronary placement were randomly assigned therapy with (dual-therapy group, n = 10) or (triple-therapy 10). A loading dose (300 mg) and (200 administered immediately placement, (75 mg/day) (100 mg twice daily) given for 1 month. Platelet in response adenosine diphosphate (ADP; 5 20 μmol/L) collagen P-selectin (CD-62P) expression assayed at baseline, 2 hours, 24 week, month placement. Inhibition ADP-induced significantly higher receiving triple than those dual from hours inhibition collagen-induced triple-therapy group beginning week P-Selectin lower dual-therapy 30 days. In conclusion, compared antiplatelet therapy, resulted more potent induced by ADP collagen. These findings suggest that may be used clinically prevent thrombotic complications
