摘要: Abstract LaFEO3 and CaxLa1−xFeO3 ceramic powders have been prepared by the coprecipitation method from La(NO3)3, Fe(NO3)3 Ca(NO3)2 aqueous solutions. The orthorhombic perovskite phases of LaFeO3 are characterized X-ray diffraction patterns. sensors fabricated with those high sensitivity to alcohol. Partial substitution La3+ in Ca2+ can enhance materials reducing gases. resistance an sensor air, vacuum alcohol-containing air has measured. Complex impedance spectroscopy used try analyse gas-sensing mechanism. According experimental results, it be deduced that surface adsorptive lattice oxygen govern sensing properties ceramics.
