摘要: A method for dispersing solid forms of additives in polymers involves adding dispersions or solutions additive(s) to a solution polymer tubular mixer (preferably the presence stationary mixer). The leads steam precipitation step wherein all fluid ingredients mixture are volatilized leaving additive and resin desired ratio. This results uniform dispersion matrix. As result high dispersion, physical properties thermoplastic resin, which matrix has been added preserved. In one illustration, PTFE as drip inhibitor additive, is polycarbonate obtain highly dispersed concentrate improved-drip-inhibition without loss mechanical when molding resin.
