摘要: Summary The kinetics of repair sublethal damage were investigated in the cervical spinal cord rats. Two and 4 fractions have been given with intervals ranging from 20 min to 24 h. occurrence paralysis within 7 months after irradiation (due white matter necrosis) was used as endpoint. From dose-response curves, ED 50 values (dose at which 50% animals develop paralysis) determined, proportion dose repaired ( F R ) during different can be calculated. It found that rate cellular exponential, a half-time approximately 110 fraction size 11–15 Gy 85 7–11 Gy. corresponding time complete calculated 8 6 h, respectively. This suggests is faster smaller fractions.
