摘要: We have found glomerular capillary thrombi or afferent arteriolar thrombosis in eight renal biopsy specimens from seven allograft recipients. All patients were receiving cyclosporin and prednisolone. Biopsies performed either routinely one four weeks after transplantation during periods of dysfunction. None the whose material contained was considered, retrospect, to been undergoing rejection at time biopsy. Thrombi consisted finely granular partially obstructing capillaries. By light microscopy staining characteristics compatible with platelet-fibrin aggregates, this confirmed by immunoperoxidase examination. Such not previously seen treated prednisolone azathioprine, except rarely associated acute vascular injection. In none these there haematological evidence haemolytic uraemic syndrome as has reported bone marrow recipients cyclosporin.
