摘要: Abstract: This chapter presents an overview of the main multivariate data analytical tools to deal with problems normally encountered in instrumental evaluation food quality (exploratory analysis, calibration and classification). Particular attention is given family methods based on projection a low-dimensional subspace latent variables, as they have advantages allowing analysis where many correlated variables are measured limited number samples (which often case assessment quality) easy straightforward visualization results.
