摘要: Objective: This study evaluated a program for ADHD coaching in sample of college students. Method: was conducted with 148 students over 5-year period. The theoretical orientation combined cognitive-behavioral therapy psychoeducational techniques. Executive functioning served as way viewing both initial problem areas and outcomes. Results: Clients who received an 8-week showed significant improvement all 10 learning strategies, on self-esteem, measures symptom distress satisfaction school work. These results were consistent across different semesters time semester, variety coaches, whom novice coaches. Conclusion: provides important preliminary information about coaching, including structure, processes, efficacy, correlates positive Additional evaluations utilizing randomized controlled design are needed.
