摘要: This study used a modified Bramante technique and new digital subtraction software to compare root canals prepared by nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) hand, Ni-Ti engine-driven, stainless steel hand endodontic instruments. Sixty mesial of extracted human mandibular molars were randomly divided into five groups. The roots embedded in clear resin cross-sectioned the apical mid-root areas. In group A, instrumented using quarter turn/pull with K-Flex files. B, files (Mity files) same as A. Group C was NT Sensor engine-driven D Canal Master "U" E Lightspeed Digitized images uninstrumented compared canals. Engine-driven instruments (Lightspeed file) instrumentation caused significantly less canal transportation (p < 0.05), remained more centered removed dentin produced rounder preparations than Mity Engine file faster 0.05).
