摘要: A process for the preparation of a water-dispersible oleoresinous film-forming material comprises reacting first hydroxyl group-containing with an organic diisocyanate in amount such that ratio isocyanate groups to is about 2:1 produce adduct containing free and subsequently second form diadduct material, one said materials being relatively hydrophilic other hydrophobic forming minor proportion by weight, preferably from 5 20% total materials. The which group has markedly greater reactivity than other, as isophorone diisocyanate. invention also consists paint comprising resultant water-dispensible dissolved solvent therefor.
