摘要: A substrate with ease for fabrication is proposed surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS). two-dimensional dielectric grating covered by a thin silver film enables the excitation of both localized plasmons (LSPs) and plasmon polaritons (SPPs). The finite-difference time-domain simulation results show that coupling between LSPs SPPs able to highly improve enhancement (2 x 10(9) as obtained simulation). In addition, near-field distribution at top cubic bumps along transverse plane presents regular hotspots pattern, which required an ideal SERS substrate.
