摘要: Abstract The oxidation of methane has been compared with that ethane on calcium hydroxyapatite incorporated lead (PbxxHAp xx equal to 100 Pb/[Pb+Ca] (molar ratio)] in the presence and absence tetrachloromethane (TCM). In TCM, activity reached a maximum Pb12HAp for both oxidation. effects introduction TCM into feedstream were dependent hydrocarbon, partial pressure catalyst composition. general, conversions decreased small pressures as reported our previous publications. However, it is found present study that, higher aforementioned increased, particularly increasing time-on-stream, while substantial depressions selectivity CO 2 observed. Significant selectivities CH 3 Cl 4 , no C H 5 was observed ethane, although believed chlorides are formed undergo decomposition. Further information role obtained from XRD XPS measurements.
