摘要: SYNOPSIS. A microsporidian, Nosema muris n. sp., is described from laboratory white mice in Czechoslovakia. I t differs cuniculi (Levaditi, Nicolau and Schoen, 1923) other Microsporidia that it develops the omentum heart muscle, iorming large masses of schizonts spores. The parasite distributed to tissues (liver, spleen, fat, peritoneal muscles, connective tissue brain) by infected mononudear cells, then forms localized cysts them. Kidney, lungs, adrenal glands, pancreas salivary glands are not infected. can be transmitted via placenta, feeding on tissues, or experimental injection ascitic fluid.
