摘要: With the rapid development of advanced technology, piezoelectric energy harvesting (PEH) with advantage simple structure, polluted relatively free, easily minimization, and integration has been used to collect extensive mechanical in our living environment holding great promise power self-sustainable system portable electronics. In this paper, attempts have made review progress materials devices for harvesting. The focused on three parts: structure (cantilever, cymbal, stacks); theoretical mode, including vibration mode (d31 d33) its responding theories different devices; materials, among which electric performance Pb(ZrTi)O3-based, lead-free-based, composites applied bulk/micro/nano-PEH were introduced details. It is suggested that a new PEH should be designed by combining advantages cantilever, stacks, cymbal structure. Besides, high d33 × g33 value low e are required order generate output bulk/micro/nano-PEH. Additionally, lead-free ceramics candidate manufacturing devices, nano-composite developed further improve flexibility materials.
