摘要: Abstract Herein, the synthesis of activated carbon nanofibers composited with aluminium doped copper manganese ferrite nanoparticles (ACNF/AlxCu(1-x)/2Mn(1-x)/2Fe2O4: x = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) to enhance electrochemical performances for capacitors was reported. The prepared samples were characterized by mean x-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analyzer (BET). properties tested using cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge impedance spectroscopy. By varying ‘x’, ACNF/Al0.2Cu0.4Mn0.4Fe2O4 showed highest specific capacitance 370 Fg−1 at 2 mVs−1 312 3 Ag−1. corresponding energy 104 Whkg−1 power 2328 Wkg−1 observed. excellent retention over 80% after 1000 cycles indicating long term cycling stability electrode material. interesting aluminium-doped nanostructure makes it a potential candidate high performance storage devices.
