摘要: Abstract A procedure is described for separation and identification of microquantities guanidino derivatives found in normal urine with a Dowex 50 ion exchange column using sequential gradient elution from pH 3.1 to 11.3. The applied the males suffering chronic glomerular nephritis nitrogen retention. Arginine, creatinine, guanidinoacetic acid, creatine are identified alkaline picrate identify diacetyl reagent creatine, Sakaguchi reaction arginine acid. Arginine distinguished acid ninhydrin. In uremic patients, concentration markedly reduced, new Sakaguchi-positive peak appears before on at 3.1. This substance does not react diacetyl, picrate, or Creatine creatinine levels same order as that individual. elevated patient two minor peaks occur either side peak. An easily assembled apparatus also chromatographic constant temperature.
