摘要: Unter intrakardialen Shunts versteht man pathologische Blutflusse zwischen rechtem und linkem Herzen auf Vorhof- bzw. Ventrikelebene. Sie sind meist angeboren werden abhangig von der Defektgrose im Kindesalter oder erst beim Erwachsenen symptomatisch. Das perioperative Risiko bei erwachsenen Patienten mit unkorrigierten Herzfehlern ist deutlich erhoht. anasthesiologische Management betroffener wird in diesem Kapitel erortert.
