摘要: Ag modified ZnO (Ag/ZnO) nanocrystals were prepared by a facile and low temperature wet chemical method. The phase structures, morphologies, optical properties of the as-prepared samples characterized X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), high-resolution transmission (HRTEM), Brumauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area, UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy photoluminescence (PL) spectra, respectively. photocatalytic performance Ag/ZnO with diffent contents was measured degradation methyl orange (MO) at room under UV light irradiation. experimental results indicated that well-crystalline nanopaticles size ca. 4.5 nm exhibited high activity for MO apparent rate constant (k) 1.57 ×10−2 min−1, activities further enhanced modification silver. When loading 3mol%, showed highest acitivity k value 5.452×10−2 which is 3.5 2.5 time more than commercial P25,
