摘要: Fabricating theranostic nanoparticles combining multimode disease diagnosis and therapeutic has become an emerging approach for personal nanomedicine. However, the diagnostic capability, biocompatibility, efficiency of nanoplatforms limit their clinic widespread applications. Targeting to theme accurate effective therapy cancer cells, a multifunctional nanoplatform aptamer polyethylene glycol (PEG) conjugated MoS2 nanosheets decorated with Cu1.8S (ATPMC) is developed. The ATPMC accomplishes photoluminescence imaging, photoacoustic photothermal imaging in vitro vivo tumor cells diagnosis. Meanwhile, facilitates selective delivery gene probe detect intracellular microRNA aberrantly expressed anticancer drug doxorubicin (DOX) chemotherapy. Moreover, synergistic interaction renders superb conversion efficiency. loaded DOX displays near-infrared laser-induced programmed chemotherapy advanced therapy, targeted chemo-photothermal presents excellent antitumor
