摘要: The effects of leadership dynamics and social organization factors on team performance under conditions high altitude climbing deep sea diving are studied. Teams two to four members that know each other well have a relaxed informal structure with much sharing responsibilities found do better than military teams more who not formal highly specialized rules. Professionally guided members, formally defined structure, clearly designated role assignments did 'club' fairly little specialization.
