摘要: Hair bio-engineering has risen at the crossing point of various manipulations to meet a clinical requirement for innovations advance hair growth. The authors reported microscopic and trichoscopic results an autologous cell biological technique compare, through histological, immunocytochemistry, cytospin analysis, re-growth obtained by micro-grafts from scalp tissue containing Human Intra- Extra-Dermal Adipose Tissue-Derived Follicle Stem Cells (HD-AFSCs) versus placebo (saline solution). An solution was mechanical fragmentation centrifugation biopsy’s (2 × 2 mm) using “Gentile protocol”. mechanically infiltrated on half selected patients’ scalps with Androgenic Alopecia (Norwood–Hamilton 2–5 Ludwig 1–2). other saline solution. Three injections were performed each patient 45-day intervals. Of 35 patients who enrolled, 1 excluded rejected. 23 44 weeks after last micro graft’s injections, displayed density improvement, mean increment 33% ± 7.5% 27% 3.5% respectively, contrasted baseline values, treated region. Microscopic assessment appeared, in biopsies, show expansion number follicles per mm2 following 11 months application compared (1.4 + 0.27 0.46 0.15, respectively; p < 0.05). HD-AFSCs contained may represent safe effective alternative therapy option against loss.
