摘要: Abstract An analysis based on the finite element technique was developed to simulate curing process of axisymmetric composites. The relates cure temperature, applied at boundaries composite case, thermal, chemical and physical processes occurring in during cure. Included are effects material anisotropy due fibre orientation heat generation exothermic reactions. For a specified cycle, model can be used calculate temperature distribution, degree resin viscosity inside case. A computer code obtain numerical solutions thermochemical model. Cure simulations 146 mm (5.75 in) diameter graphite/epoxy test bottle were performed using Results compared with data measured Agreement between results excellent.
