摘要: We report a 65 year old man who presented with left hemiparesis, and was found to have multiple, discrete, peripherally enhancing, hemorrhagic intra-axial masses in the right hemisphere of brain. Workup for malignancy elsewhere body negative, biopsy confirmed glioblastoma multiforme. The patient responded clinically treatment radiation therapy temozolomide. discuss unusual aspects this case stress importance tissue diagnosis managing suspected intracranial malignancies.
