摘要: The aim of this study was to develop an analytical method and contribute the assessment Exposome. Thus, a targeted analysis wide range contaminants in contact with humans on daily routines urine developed. focused list 38 contaminants, including 12 pesticides, one metabolite pesticide, seven veterinary drugs, five parabens, UV filter, plastic additive, two surfactants nine substances found different products present everyday human environment. These were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography coupled resolution mass spectrometry (HPLC-HRMS) quadrupole-time-of-flight (QqToF) instrument from raw urinary matrix. A validation according FDA guidelines employed evaluate specificity, linear or quadratic curve fitting, inter- intra-day precision, accuracy limits detection quantification (LOQ). developed allows for 23 samples, LOQs ranging between 4.3 ng.mL(-1) 113.2 ng.mL(-1). This applied 17 samples. Among four compounds detected One (tributyl phosphate) below LOQ. three others (4-hydroxybenzoic acid, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate O,O-diethyl thiophosphate potassium) but did not fulfill criteria quantification. these compounds, them all samples: tributyl phosphate surfactant dodecylbenzenesulfonate.
