摘要: It is now generally recognized that the outcome of epilepsy surgery must be measured not just in terms relief from seizures but also with respect to psychosocial functioning, including psychiatric, vocational, and interpersonal factors (Taylor, 1987; Fenwick, 1988; Dodrill, 1986). In this chapter, common methods measuring psychological are reviewed, representative studies have employed each method. We examine methodological issues present preliminary data our laboratory illustrate importance adequate experimental control. Finally, we propose several directions for future research.
