摘要: Abstract In CA1 pyramidal neurons, 5 μM adenosine had no measurable effect on resting membrane potential or resistance, while excitatory and inhibitory postsynaptic potentials generated by orthodromic stimulation of the stratum radiatum were reduced 20–66%. However, 10–20 not only markedly (by 20–80%) synaptic potentials, but also clearly hyperpolarized most neurons. This was accompanied a reduction in input resistance about one-half cells change rest. Monobutyryl cyclic AMP concentrations 50 more usually with resistance.
