Mn-doped zinc oxide nanopowders for humidity sensors

摘要: Abstract Mn-doped ZnO nanopowders have been prepared by the sol–gel technique using zinc and manganese (II) acetates as precursors. The as-prepared were characterized scanning electron microscopy Micro-Raman spectroscopy. Humidity sensors based on with different Mn concentrations of 0, 1, 3 6 at% fabricated. Linear behavior I – V curves at various relative humidity (RH) indicates ohmic contact between sensing material gold electrodes. Sensing characterization reveals that linear response to RH over range 11–95%, which offers higher sensitivity than commonly reported exponential response. recovery time sensor are 6 s 20 s, respectively, versus changes from 20% 80%. high reproducibility stability, well throughout a large dynamic obtained.
