摘要: Recently a heat‐proof magnetic domain refining technique has been developed which is characterized by the introduction of grooves on surface steel sheet after final cold rolling. In this paper, properties and effect grooving are investigated. A process constituted resist printing sheets rolling succeeding electrolytic etching. The were introduced almost perpendicular to direction sheets. width depth each grove about 200 20 μm, respectively. With newly method, 10% reduction in iron loss was achieved less than 0.34 W/lb at 1.5 T, 60 Hz obtained. Using new material, wound core transformers can be reduced as compared with nongrooved material. Domain dramatically grooving, caused eddy current loss. This considered demagnetizing field due free poles vicinity grooves. It clarified that grooved magnetization ungrooved surfaces proceeded faster therefore, hysteresis magnetizing characteristics did not deteriorate grooving.
