摘要: Redox regulation of cellular signaling has multiple functions in cell physiology. The dosage the redox signal is an important factor modulation function. mode reaction shifted from proliferation to apoptosis, corresponding increases level oxidative stress. Moreover, different types respond same stress ways, and pro-oxidants elicit pathways. Cells determine their fate, such as survival, differentiation by cross talk between state intracellular systems, especially MAPK cascades. Further studies are necessary understand mechanism which regulates at molecular level.
