摘要: The aim of the present study was to investigate signaling pathways associated with functional alterations in corneal tissues following conditional ablation serum response factor (Srf) Dstncorn1 mice. gene expression profiling array GSE49688, which includes 3 samples each from wild‑type (WT), mutant (corn1) and corn1 mice Srf epithelium [namely rescued (res)] mouse groups, downloaded Gene Expression Omnibus database. limma package used identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) among three groups. DEGs were subsequently analyzed by dynamic comparison, hierarchical clustering pathway enrichment analysis. Pathway alteration scores also calculated order metergasis identified pathway. A total 788 between res 1,365 WT 852 Among these DEGs, 228 across all mainly enriched involved regulation actin cytoskeleton, including cofilin 1 (CFL1), mitogen‑activated protein kinase (MAPK) focal adhesion. dilated cardiomyopathy displayed highest score, integrin β‑6 (ITGB6). In conclusion, cytoskeleton regulatory pathway, MAPK pathways, as well CFL1 ITGB6 genes, may be regulated serve important roles progression disease.
