摘要: Abstract A novel strategy for the preparation of solid-phase reactors by “impregnation” a poly(vinyl chloride) coil with reagent was carried out and applied to fluorimetric flow injection determination adrenaline. The calibration graph linear over range 5–25 mg l −1 adrenaline, reproducibility (R.S.D.) 1.8% (15 replicates) sample throughput 32 h .
