摘要: The absorption and diffusion behavior of hydrogen in iron-rich rare-earth intermetallics the type R{sub 2}Fe{sub 17} (R=Y, Sm, Gd) resulting changes their magnetic properties are investigated. Intermediate concentration indicate solid-solution character hydrides. From equilibrium nonequilibrium experiments net reaction energies, bulk constants, surface barrier energies for Sm{sub determined discussed. low-temperature quantum is discussed hydride corresponding nitride. interstitial modification drastically crystalline electric field intermetallics.
