摘要: Objective. Accumulating evidence implies that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play a crucial role in predicting survival for glioma patients. However, the potential function of lncRNA ELF3-antisense RNA 1 (ELF3-AS1) tumors remained largely unclear. The aim this study was to explore expression and evaluate its functions Patients Methods. ELF3-AS1 expressions were examined by RT-PCR 182 pairs specimens adjacent normal tissues. receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve performed estimate diagnostic value ELF3-AS1. chi-square tests used examine associations between clinicopathological characters. overall (OS) disease-free (DFS) analyzed log-rank test, curves plotted according Kaplan-Meier. prognostic patients further using univariate multivariate Cox regression analyses.
