摘要: The spring wheat (Triticum aestivum) cultivar Lemhi has one gene, and cultivars Lee, Compair, Fielder have two genes each for resistance to stripe rust, caused by Puccinia striiformis. To determine the chromosomal locations of genes, were crossed with susceptible disomic Chinese Spring a set 21 aneuploids. Monosomic F 1 plants cytologically determined, grown in green-house, self pollinated produce 2 seed. seedlings their parents inoculated selected North American races P. results confirmed that Yr6 is on chromosome 7B Yr8 Compair 2D; they show YrLem IB, YrLel Lee 4D, YrLe2 6D, YrCom 5B, YrFie 6D. None we detected Yr7. We propose official gene designations Yr19 YrCom, Yr20 YrFie, Yr21 YrLem. Yr22 YrLel, Yr23
