摘要: An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary n-3 LC-PUFA levels on growth performance, tissue fatty acid profiles and relative expression genes involved in lipid metabolism mud crab (Scylla paramamosain). Ten isonitrogenous diets were formulated contain five at 7 12 % levels. The highest weight gain specific rate observed crabs fed with 19·8 13·2 mg/g lipid, respectively. Moisture contents hepatopancreas muscle significantly influenced by two DHA, EPA, n-3:n-6 PUFA ratio increased as both -6 acyl desaturase acyl-CoA oxidase significantly, synthase, carnitine palmitoyltransferase I hormone-sensitive TAG lipase down-regulated, regardless level.
