IMPACT OF THE BUNDLEs IMPLEMENTATION ON THE REDUCTION OF BLOODSTREAM INFECTIONS: AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

摘要: RESUMO Objetivo: analisar as producoes cientificas nacionais e internacionais sobre o impacto dos bundles na prevencao de infeccao da corrente sanguinea relacionada ao cateter venoso central em unidade terapia intensiva adulta. Metodo: revisao integrativa artigos publicados no Portal Capes, Biblioteca Virtual Saude, PubMed, Science Direct, Cochrane, CINAHL SCOPUS, entre 2011 2016. Resultados: encontraram-se 16 artigos, 100% relacionados a implementacao para insercao do 50% manutencao deste dispositivo. O tempo intervencao foi variado, bem como numero medidas periodo analisado (insercao/manutencao cateter). No entanto, reducao dispositivo apontada todos os estudos 26% 100%. Conclusao: adocao bundle evidenciou um positivo infeccao. Todavia, nao se observou uma relacao direta descritas nos ou maior taxas mais altas
