Determination of synthesis method of ecstasy based on the basic impurities

摘要: MDMA was prepared by five different synthesis routes, i.e. dissolving metal reduction (Al/Hg), cyanoborohydride (NaBH(3)CN), borohydride in low temperature (NaBH(4)), Leuckart reaction and safrole bromination. MDP-2-P two methods, isosafrole oxidation MDP-2-nitropropene reduction. Each of the routes repeated three times order to establish variation qualitative composition route specific impurities between batches. The analysis MDP-2-nitropropene, MDP-2-P, bromosafrole performed with GC-MS. GC/MS used also starting materials: safrole, piperonal. As a result our study way determination based on is proposed.
