摘要: Adult male rats gestationally exposed to cocaine and nonexposed control offspring were examined for differences in operant responding sucrose reinforcement. Offspring derived from dams that had received subcutaneous injections of 40 mg/kg/3cc hydrochloride daily on gestational Days 8-20 nontreated dams. Although no prenatal treatment seen when the animals lever pressed pellets a progressive-ratio (PR) schedule, adult prenatally observed exhibit an enhanced rate intravenous self-administration fixed-ratio 5 (FR-5) schedule along with marked decrease break point PR reinforcement schedule. These results suggest reinforcing efficacy may be reduced history exposure.
