摘要: The application of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (Anammox) process is often limited by the slow growth rate Anammox bacteria. As essential substrate element that required for culturing sludge, Fe (II) expected to affect bacterial growth. This work systematically studied effects addition on activity based kinetic analysis specific using data from batch tests with an enriched sludge at different dosing levels. Results clearly demonstrated appropriate (i.e., 0.09 mM) significantly enhanced up 0.172 d−1 compared 0.118 d−1 regular level (0.03 mM). relationship between concentration and was found be well described typical inhibition kinetics, which integrated into currently well-established model describe addition. validity verified long-term experimental three independent reactors (II)-based approach could potentially implemented enhance possible mainstream technology, in order energy autarchic wastewater treatment.
