摘要: Abstract 13C-NMR spectra of aqueous solutions three humic acids (1 Typic Chromoxerert (HA-V), 1 Humic Haplorthod (HA-P), and Inceptisol (HA-D)) are presented. The influence chemical modifications (hydrolysis with 6N HCl, diazomethane methylation, organic solvent extraction) the substances their is studied. various show significant differences. Methylation compounds introduces changes in aromatic aliphatic (sp3) region spectra. Acid hydrolysis removes residual carbohydrates amino acid signals from spectra, whereas extraction has most pronounced upon high field shows also, that a amount paraffinic carbons bound covalently to nuclei compounds.
